NotifyURL is a web/URL abbreviation tool loaded with features. You can take you long ugly link and make it something like notifyurl.com/mycoollink then you can post it on twitter or whatever where space is tight. If someone actually visits your link then you will get an email telling you about it and a link to view stats about how many people visited and what kind of browser they were using.
Nizzote.com
Nizzote.com is a web based post it note. You can paste something that was too long for a twitter feed then send them the link to the note. The notes can be named whatever you like just type it in after the URL as in http://nizzote.com/myCoolNote
You can also make the note private, locked, and even share with a limited number of people with a shared key.

Kay's Natuarls
Kay's has contacted me to do add 5 products, and their detail pages a, few other pages, and reconfigure their shopping cart system. That work has been done, it involved some basic javascript, recreating buttons in photoshop to match the exiting site, and learning how to integrate with their third party visa gateway.
